Cancellation & Refund Policy: If the cancellation notice is received by the Consultant via email 72 hours before the scheduled consultation date, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made for the service. If you need to reschedule your session and notify us within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you're welcome to do so for another convenient time slot. However, please note that we won't be able to provide a refund for cancellations made within this 72-hour window or in the event of a client 'no-show.'
